A useful quote makes the design, materials and installation responsibilities clear. Use these questions to prepare for your Bali hut project.
Design and materials
What are the overall roof dimensions and the clear space between posts? Which timber, roof covering and finish are specified? What will the roof look like from underneath, and how should the chosen materials be cared for?
Scope and responsibilities
Does the price include delivery, installation, removal of an old roof and waste? Who arranges any necessary approvals? Ask for the agreed inclusions, exclusions, timing and written warranty terms before confirming your order.
